Sweet aromas lure guests to the Dining Hall, where they enjoy hot western meals three times a day. Our meals are all cooked from scratch and served by our friendly wait staff. We specialize in hearty, ranch-style fare with meals reminiscent of family get-togethers - chicken, lasagna, chicken fried steaks, bar-b-queue ribs, etc. - all accompanied by crispy salads, hot baked rolls, fresh vegetables and homemade desserts.

Ranch meals are available a la carte for visitors not staying on the ranch. Contact us for reservations.

After dinner, the Gallatin Rec Center offers indoor activities such as games, cards, a piano, and satellite TV. Dial-up Internet access is available at no charge for our guests. Outside, you'll find horseshoes, a basketball hoop, and lawn games. Better yet, relax in our hot tub. Or, join us for smores around the fire pit under starry moonlit skies.
